Patient Account Information:

Full name, phone number, email, and city are examples of patient information. You will not be able to utilize E-mareez or some of its features if you do not submit this information. You can also attach a profile photo, if you'd like.

Doctor/Clinic Account Information

Full name, profile photo, phone number, PMDC/Registration number, clinic details (including address, phone number, email address, and location) and any other documentation that might be needed in accordance with applicable regulations are examples of doctor/clinic information. If allowed or mandated by law, we might also gather background checks. Authorized vendors may handle this information on our behalf. You won't be able to register on the E-Mareez App without providing this information.

User Generated Content

You can upload user-generated content to E-Mareez, including reviews, ratings, and comments.
Correspondence you send to us may contain chat messages, emails and any attachments, documents or medical records, phone call recordings, and the information associated with those calls.

Details for Advertising

We might occasionally leverage branding, referrals, and other promotional initiatives from E-Mareez. We may ask for information such as your name, email, user ID, phone number, payment or banking details, home address, social network account, and image if you want to take part in these programs and get bonuses, payments, or other perks.

Access, Updates & Receiving of your Data

Deleting the data and account.

You can request the deletion of both your account and your data by contacting us at https://e-mareez.com/about?contact , or you can cancel your account using the app settings. You might be prompted to provide proof of identity and account.

If there is an outstanding bill or unsolved issue associated with your account (such as an unanswered complaint), we will not be able to cancel your account. After your account is removed, we might keep certain information as long as there's legitimate reason to do so.

1) Go to Settings
2) Click on “Delete your Account”
3)You will get a Disclaimer “If you delete the account, all your data , personal file will be permanently deleted. Do you still want to delete your Account?”
4) Once you click on “Delete Account” your application to Delete Account will be received.
5) You will get a Notification “Your request to Delete Your Account has been received by E-Mareez, shortly you will get a call for confirmation”
6) Meanwhile your request is being reviewed, you will get a “Cancel your Request” option if you want to undo the previous action. And your account work as it was working before.

Sharing location
