How can I book an appointment?

Select your doctor, click on the book appointment. Provide your phone number, name along with the time and date of appointment you wish to book. Choose mode of payment and confirm your appointment.

To view your all appointments (upcoming appointments and appointment history), login into your account with the registered number.

How can I reschedule my appointment?

In order to reschedule your appointment, you have to cancel your current appointment. Your online payment shall be returned to your account wallet and you can use that for your next online appointment payment.

Your prescription and other related files are attached to your concerned appointment. Click on the appointment history to view all the attachments of the appointment.

To cancel your appointment, click on the cancel button located in front of the due appointment. Note: to see the refund policy in case of appointment cancellation, please consult “payment policy”.

What are the modes of consultation?

There are two modes of consultation; in-clinic consultation and online (video/audio) consultation.

Do you save any payment credentials details?

No, we do not store your payment details, bank accounts or any other information about your credit/debit cards.

Is my personal information secure?

Yes, we do not compromise on our users’ privacy. Therefore, we do not share your personal information with any unrelated party whatsoever. However, your information may be accessible to a limited number of people who are affiliates to our system, under a confidential environment.

What accounts can I use for online payments?

Online payments can be made by jazzcash, easypaisa, credit/debit cards, account wallet and net banking.

Are there any hidden service charges in the online payment?

No, there are no hidden or extra charges for our services. However, there may be charges applied to your transaction in accordance with your bank account.

Do I get a refund in case of appointment cancellation?

Yes, you do get a refund subject to a certain conditions. Please refer to the “refund policy” in payment policy section for complete details.
